Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from Rp 10,000 for e-wallets and QRIS, and Rp 20,000 for bank transfers and Virtual Account. The latest minimum deposit information is always shown on the deposit page before a transaction is confirmed.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are your own and come from a legally legitimate source. scater reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds when required for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.
Withdrawals from your scater account can be made at any time, provided no special conditions apply (such as unfulfilled bonus rollover requirements). scater is committed to processing withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe once verification is complete.
For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain amount, Scater reserves the right to request additional identity verification. This is a standard security measure to protect your account from unauthorized withdrawals. The verification process is generally completed within 1×24 business hours.
Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered under the same name as the scater account. scater does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All bonuses offered by scater — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and other promotional rewards — are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each promotion. Rollover requirements, validity periods, and game restrictions apply to each bonus type.
Each promotion can only be claimed once per account, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once by any means is a violation and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
The scater VIP Program operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Legend. Tier advancement is determined by accumulated betting points within the applicable period. Scater reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotions at any time without prior notice. Changes are not applied retroactively to promotions that have already been claimed and are within an active rollover period.

By continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the changes take effect.
